What is the bag policy for Jinglefest?
Effective October 1, 2021, The Family Arena will institute a “Clear Bag Policy.” The following stipulations affect the type and size of bags that are permitted into the arena – not the items that you normally need to bring to an event. Each customer may carry in their pockets items such as keys, makeup, combs, phones, wallets, and credit cards.
· Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and do not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12.”
· One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
· Small clutch purses, approximately the size of a hand, or 5″ x 7″ with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into the arena along with one of the clear bag options.
· An exception will be made for diaper bags (if in attendance with a baby) and/or medically necessary items after proper inspection at the gate.
What time does parking open?
The parking lot opens at 1:30pm!
Is there a parking fee?
The venue is now using ParkHub devices in the parking lot. Guests can pay cash, credit card, or Apple Pay when they arrive or they can purchase parking as an add-on and stand-alone Ticketmaster purchase.
General parking is $15 per vehicle. VIP parking is available at Gates 1 & 2 for $30.
Parking will be at a premium, so we strongly encourage attendees to carpool.

Doors open at 5:30pm!

First act starts at 6:45pm. Get there early for a good seat!

Why does my general admission ticket say “Does not guarantee entry”?
92.3 WIL distributes more general admission tickets to the public than there are general admission seats. Entry is granted on a first come, first served basis, so early arrival is strongly recommended.
What is a General Admission ticket?
General Admission refers to seating that is not assigned or reserved. General Admission is occupied on a first come, first served basis. A General Admission ticket also does not guarantee a seat and/or entry to the event. PORTIONS of the 200 level will be designated general admission.
Does my child need a ticket?
Everyone 2 years of age and older require a ticket to enter.
What happens in the event of inclement weather?
The Family Arena and 92.3 WIL rarely cancel or postpone events due to inclement weather. Please be advised that tickets for all events at the Family Arena are sold on a non-refundable and non-exchangeable basis. Each ticket is clearly marked with this condition. Should a decision be made to cancel or postpone an event, this information will be posted as soon as it is determined. If event is cancelled or new date is scheduled, you will be offered a refund.
