The TSA is reminding air travelers what they need to do when transporting perishable items after a pile of raw chicken turned up on an airport luggage carousel.  The recommendation is to put stuff like raw chicken in a sealed container with ice or dry ice.  The agency believes the cubed shape is an indication the bird parts had been in a container but got free before hitting the carousel.
