Jay has worked with the City of Chester for 32 years and he’s the Superintendent of Cole Park. He tirelessly works to makes sure the park is clean and safe for families every day and weekend. He works with the city recreation director to execute family events. He makes sure he is available to anyone 24/7 that has any needs. I am so proud of him!
