Join Remy and the Bommarito Street Fleet at the Madison County Fair in Highland, IL on Thursday, July 29th from 5-7pm!
Admission to the fair is free! Enjoy livestock shows, tractor pulls, Combine and Automobile demolition derbies, 4-H exhibits, stock car racing, and Live Music!
Come join the fun at The Madison County Fair in Highland, Illinois July 27th – August 1st. There will be Livestock shows, tractor pulls, Combine and Automobile demolition derbies, 4-H exhibits, Queen Pageant, stock car racing, and Live Music! Also, don’t forget about the carnival rides and the great food and drink vendors!
We are a non-profit organization that is run by a volunteer Executive Fairboard of 18 people and a General Fairboard that plan and produce our fair each year.
NEW to the fair’s events this year is a timed 5K Fair Fun Run on Saturday, July 31st @ 8:00am that welcomes runners of all ages to come out and bear their personal best or grab a friend to enjoy the 5K route through Highland at their own pace.
We’ve truly got a little bit of something for everyone and every age. From the Pedal Tractor Pull and Farm Follies for the kids, to Live Music/Bands all weekend, to the nightly grandstand events.
The Madison County Fair Association was chartered in 1872 and started as an annual event for the farmers and agricultural industry leaders in the community to gather together and celebrate the growing season and compare best practice with their crops.
We’re about 45 minutes east of St. Louis and a short ways from all major interstates making our fair accessible for city dwellers or neighboring counties that might not have their own county fair.
