St. Louis’ Eat-Rite diner is reopening with a new name.  Local chef Tim Eagan has taken over the iconic eatery on Chouteau Avenue and will reopen it as a restaurant called Fleur STL at Eat-Rite.  He hopes to start serving customers by next month.
